Zero stars. I wanted to message them online to make sure I could come in for a specific service and I made the drive only to be told that it’s “impossible”. I would suggest to the person in charge of answering questions online to be sure you’re reading and answering them properly so people like me don’t make a trip only to be told you can’t do anything about it and “they just wanted me to come”. I also specifically wanted to speak in English but the guy wanted to talk in Arabic which is my second language.
