I worked with Kellie Pai for an immigration matter this year. Kellie and her entire team were super efficient and helpful. All my paperwork was filed right on time (as well as accurately and with minimal supervision from my end). They were also responsive to my queries and kept me well-informed on the progress of my case. Overall, I am very pleased with the way my case was handled, and would recommend the firm for immigration matters.

I’m giving a five star rating just based off of the customer service that I experienced with Mr. Alvin; I believe his name was such. Our phone call was only a few minutes long but he was actually returning my call from the voicemail I had left their office. I explained what I was looking for and what exactly was going on with my situation and why I was seeking for an attorney and it was after I explained everything; he did inform me that unfortunately they were at full capacity for my specific legal guidance needed, but he still gave me some legal advice, guidance and what I should be looking for and what I would be encountering. He also gave me information on a Law Firm that could potentially help me even though they don’t sponsor or promote them. He at least let me walk away with knowledge and a reference, so I thank him for not ignoring me and just sending me on my way due to them being fully booked. A little can go a long way.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this firm. The fees are transparent and reasonable. Basically one flat fee and you can ask the attorney as many questions as possible. This is very important, because clients generally don't know what they don't know. It's off-putting if the firm bills the clients by response made or hours of service. I interacted with multiple attorneys of this firm. They were all responsive and professional, while maintaining a friendly manner. In particular, I have to compliment my attorney Grace Yoo, who provided excellent service throughout the process. Navigating through the NIW process is both stressful and time-consuming. But Grace made it all the more easier. For one thing, she really lived up to the company's promise of replying clients' emails within 24 hours. This is impressive. I guess I sent her over one hundred emails throughout the last year when I was preparing my NIW materials. She never missed the deadline, even after I made the last payment! More importantly, her response was very detailed and informative. She was really trying to help her clients (i.e., me) advance their best interest.
