I’m giving a five star rating just based off of the customer service that I experienced with Mr. Alvin; I believe his name was such. Our phone call was only a few minutes long but he was actually returning my call from the voicemail I had left their office. I explained what I was looking for and what exactly was going on with my situation and why I was seeking for an attorney and it was after I explained everything; he did inform me that unfortunately they were at full capacity for my specific legal guidance needed, but he still gave me some legal advice, guidance and what I should be looking for and what I would be encountering. He also gave me information on a Law Firm that could potentially help me even though they don’t sponsor or promote them. He at least let me walk away with knowledge and a reference, so I thank him for not ignoring me and just sending me on my way due to them being fully booked. A little can go a long way.
