Great Law Firm! Amy is an amazing attorney and is ready to fight for your rights and your injury case. I’ve always called Bronston Legal since 2011 and I have yet to be disappointed. Great Law Firm and you should give them a call if you are ever in a rear end collision

Got a call today after sending out the request the night before. The lady who called didn't even introduce herself which I deemed very rude and unprofessional. I made a typo on the request about the accident date but we got it resolved quickly, and I think it irritated her or something, then she ended up talking down to me like I was really stupid about my situation, and she continued to do that the whole conversation on the phone (at the end of all berating statements, she always said "I understand your situation completely" but the berate continued regardless, very passive aggressive behavior indeed). In the end, she notified me that the firm wouldn't take my case and gave me a phone number for referral services. I'd really appreciate it if she took the time to explain the explanation with a different tone of voice and manner, but in this case, thanks but no thanks, the way she talked to me made me feel like I'm stupid and unable to comprehend the information she delivered.

Great firm! They answered the phone in a timely manner and handled the case with professionalism. They ensured I was well taken care of. Closing cases do take time, but it was definitely worth the wait. You know you would be taken care of if you choose Them as your law firm.
