Roshun Phipps is a scam artist, don't trust him! My family was taken advantage of! We had an open and shut case involving a commercial vehicle. Roshun took 3 years to settle out of court. I was charged 40% instead of 33% and there was no law suit. Roshun told me this was due to having to draw up paperwork, but they ended up settling. Roshun made WAY MORE more money than I did ($20,000 more and I have documentation to prove it), yet I'm the one in pain every day. Of course, someone may reply to this and try to explain or discredit this review, but this is how I was treated.
