Fantastic out come for my mother's lawsuit. Punctual and professional but with a truly caring touch, was worried it would be reduced to bureaucrat red tape but felt far more personal. Highly suggest you choose them. At every level of the process they succeed!

Mr. Herren and Cristina were very helpful with my social security disability benefits case. I was denied once and then went to a hearing, which was successful. They obtained all my medical records timely and always responded to all my questions. They’re super busy so I reached out to them periodically to make sure all was well on their end. They put me at ease during this very anxiety inducing process. 5 stars from me. Please give them a call!

An attorney like no other! He is genuinely interested in your case and will continue to fight for what is right. I live in El Paso Texas and Ramsey Law and Joel Pardo are based out of Houston, but i always felt as if Joel and his team were down the street from me. Joel and Juan always answered my questions promptly and always kept me informed about my case. I always felt they were saying the truth when informing me about my case. They settled my case quickly and were a pleasure to work with.

With the typical qualifier that it takes a lot for me to actually write a review for a service provider, I was referred to VB Attorneys by a lawyer friend after I was involved in a car accident. The car accident involved someone running a red light and t-boning my car, after which I was rushed to the hospital due to re-injuring my back from a prior back surgery. Once the police arrived, it was the classic ‘he said, she said’ with the other driver claiming she had the green light and me knowing that she 100% ran the red light. I was 100% upfront with VB and the need for their expertise to obtain the video footage to help the insurance company make a fault determination. I was also upfront telling VB Attorney’s that the police report was going to be inconclusive (which is why I needed their help in the first place) and that after the fault determination was made, I would need their help in pursuing a personal injury claim against the other driver due to my back injury. After signing the engagement letter and VB 100% indicating their willingness to represent me, I received a daily call (for about a week) from the insurance adjuster claiming that they weren’t able to get in contact with my attorney. After a week, I received another call from the adjuster telling me that VB told them that they were no longer representing me! Once they had looked at the police report and determined that it was inconclusive (which I told them it would be), they decided it wasn’t going to be worth their time to represent me and instead of calling me immediately, they discussed this with the insurance adjuster first! With video footage typically only available for ~2 weeks after a wreck, this puts me a week behind in the whole process and in a bad spot in actually determining the fault of the other driver given that the video may no longer be available. Once you have a signed engagement letter, you’d think they would actually stand behind their word? I guess not. Do not use VB Attorneys.

VB and his team was very thorough and patiently answered all of our questions. The team went over and beyond explaining details about our case and things we didn’t even think to ask. We appreciate all the hospitality and kindness from every aspect of this unexpected event, which gave me much assurance of their professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I picked them because they had good ratings, haha. I also thought I should go with someone local. A little over a week before my federal disability hearing, I checked and these people STILL had not obtained my medical records. I called around to my doctor's offices and this lawyer's office had never even requested my medical records! I had to find a new lawyer and ask the judge for a new court date. This lawyer could have cost me everything. Go find a firm (like a national company) that ONLY specializes in disability. Or ask me- I'll tell you who I found. The national company I switched to was awesome.
