All they want is money. Can not produce any result.

My parents came to Jonathan and asked if a dispute was worth fighting for and he came back letting them know it was worth it. In the end the only person who came out winning was Jonathan in what he made billing my parents. He profited more throughout this whole ordeal and left my parents with what they were originally going to get paid in the beginning. You put your trust in this person who was supposed to help but instead only took advantage of a small company. Think twice before hiring anyone from this company to represent you!

Agreed to have the weaver law firm draft two documents. Paid them $2400 and $1900 for these docs in January 2021. In June of 2021 they charge my card without my authorization an additional $628 without my authorization. I had no contact with them after early February of 2021. Called to ask them to remove and they responded there was some additional work done to close my file. Working with credit card company to dispute now. Don't give this company your credit card unless you're comfortable with them having a blank check, because they will charge it at will.

Everything went well until I got my invoice, which was about $1300 more than I expected. I wanted to make sure that the bill is correct before paying. Front desk ladies told me it needs to be discussed with Trey Hendershot and he will give me a call. Never got a call nor an email to discuss. This has been ongoing for several months with the same invoice sent to me three times, and me keep requesting to discuss the invoice, but no response from the attorney. I guess since they have my credit card on file they don't care about my concerns or money. I am really upset about how a law firm can handle a case like this. It could have been better.

Great Attorney Excellent attorney who got me a very excellent result. Ian was there for me every step of the way through a very difficult time in my life. I worked for an employer whose unprofessional practices caused me to become the subject of a prescription fraud Investigation. It was also a very personal issue and difficult for me to discuss but Ian was very calming, respectful and worked with me to help me through the ordeal. I am very appreciative of that as it was already hard for me emotionally. Ian saw this through until the end and fought hard for me. I received a result I was very happy with and feel I was provided the best representation possible. I highly recommend Ian. I am a minority disabled 100% veteran own business. I hired this firm to create a demand letter for payment and represent my firm a General Contractor Firm in a Breach of Contract despite the bio given on the website that my attorney understands my agony it was untrue once receiving my retainer payment a letter was drafted not containing the facts of the contract given nor understanding my business. And when I presented my dissatisfaction. The majority shareholder advised me I will no longer be represented by this firm. I then asked for my retainer to be returned and he firmly said and I repeat “ he said he’ll no”. I advise any minority own business to be aware of this firm and it’s practices before making any payment

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! Am a small business owner that hired this firm for a suit in Texas. SPENT $50,003.00 in fees before having to change lawyers. Little more than 9 emails in communication to Hendershot and never even submitted discovery. Our new lawyer settled case, responded to countless emails and phone calls, plus full day of court mediation and total cost $6093.75 Cannot stress enough that this law firm is the wrong choice!!

We had a very quick corporate matter that jumped at us, and Mr. Hendershot immediately made time to meet and assess our situation. He briefed the team and went over to immediate action, with the end result being successful, and taking a rightful stand.
