I had a consultation phone call with Ky Jurgensen in early August 2024. He listened to the summary of the probate issue I was facing and then provided me with his thoughts on the best ways in which I could proceed. He clearly understood the issue I was facing and also explained possible future scenarios and roadblocks. I appreicated his straight-forward approach, his legal knowledge and ease at explaining the future options. He has stayed in touch with me since our phone call. While I have not yet pursued becoming a client, I would recommend him for a consultation if you are facing a problematic probate issue.
