I contacted the Weaver firm as a cold caller and the results were fantastic. Jackson reviewed my situation and provided me with timely advice and coaching, that allowed me to negotiate a contract on my own behalf. Armed with Jackson's advice, I successfully negotiated the contract amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties. If I had tried to do this without first consulting him, I might have flubbed it. Jackson reinforced for me the need to NOT imagine a problem where one does not yet exist. I guess this is another way of saying, one should not operate from a position of fear.
