Rick De Lara is a dishonest person. Something that can be done for a few hundred dollars, like a work permit renewal, he will charge thousands of dollars. He won't even get a good result. His staff is rude and don't return phone calls. He will take advantage of people like me who needed help. Run and stay away from De Lara law firm. The worst service anyone can ask for.
