The Krist Law Firm worked tirelessly on my case for a year and a half. Alex Horton was my lawyer and I was pleased with all of his hard work. Although I had a pleasant experience, for the most part, there were some things that I did not appreciate as a client. Toward the closure of my case I was grossly misinformed or not informed at all about what was going on with my case. I would get calls or emails about when certain dates were, but all of the “road blocks” my lawyers were running into were not conveyed to me. I mention this because as minute as it may seem these small set backs played a large role in my case and I was not informed about them until the day of my mediation. Although I did appreciate Alex Horton’s hard work, along with Ashley Pribble who also helped with my case, I was led to believe that my settlement amount would cover my future medical costs. This was not the case however, and in the end the lawyers ended up with more money than I did. Yes that is correct. Yes many will say it is not about the money, but when you have thousands of dollars in medical bills and no insight of what future medical may cost, the money does matter. I am a little jaded after all is said and done with the way things have turned out and the fact that there were numerous things never explained to me as the client, and as the one who is suffering for what happened. There is not doubt that Scott Krist has a fantastic reputation along with all of his colleagues and I would recommend them as personal injury lawyers, but with the stipulation that you will be informed of EVERYTHING concerning your case before the day of the resolution.

Scott C. Krist is the best of the best!! If you are looking for someone to fight for you, then Scott is the man for the job. All I can ever say is Thank You for believing in me!! I have never met a more trustworthy, knowledgeable, tough, caring, individual like Scott Krist. From our first conversation I knew Scott was someone that I could depend on.
