The significance of my experience lies with me as a matter of principle. Nevertheless, during my time in law school, a professor cautioned against representing solely motivated by a matter of principle, advising against taking on such matters, driven primarily by a sense of moral or ethical conviction. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Criaco & Samperi. It ALL started with the first phone call. My experience commenced with Mr. Knizner during my initial conversation. Having reached out to several firms, and encountering varying levels of interest, few simply choose, some not so much, or the interpretation which I can gather not to go against. Mr. Knizner stood out for his transparency and professionalism. This matter was important to me as a matter of principle. Mr. Knizner's forthrightness in explaining some of the risks, and explaining our initial focus was on gathering information, allowing for a comprehensive review by Mr. Criaco before determining the course of action, set this law firm apart from others. This approach contrasts with my experiences with any other law firm(s). Upon researching through public forums, some of Mr. Criaco's cases, and to understand for educational purposes, such as Progressive v Carway, Clear Blue Insurance, Transervice Logistics, and/or disputes against Harris County, it was ONLY through my email correspondence (with Mr. Criaco) that I gained unequivocal confirmation that Mr. Criaco's expertise is unparalleled. Mr. Samperi helped me through a tough situation when I was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. He kept me informed throughout the process and guided me through legalities of filing suit. They took very good care of my case. It was clearly proven my car accident wasn’t my fault. I got cut off by another driver. I was able to get footage from a nearby gas station to add to my litigation. I recommend this lawyer.
