The Presutti office has exceeded all expectations for me. I really appreciate that they fought 7 long years in which today we were granted a win in verdict. It has been very efficient for me because I was able to handle a lot over the phone when transportation wasn’t available. Emotionally they were available. They listened to my complaint. Therapy and other things were available right away. Communication was very well. They never missed a call and anytime I left a message a response was returned right away. I would like to personally thank Meredith for calming me down as I was scared to testify due to personal reasons. Joey I wish you success to new beginnings. To the Presutti office, thank you!!!!!

He definitely helped me better understand a very complicated situation. I still don’t truly understand it, however he pointed me in the right direction. My case involved PI and family law.

After my accident, I inquired to a few lawyers about my case. Because I was not injured in the accident and the damages I was seeking were minimal, I didn't receive a response from the attorneys I approached. A family member put me in touch with Mr. Carwile. He listened to the facts of my accident and knew that I was I wrongfully denied by the insurance company. In a very short time, he had the insurance company backpedaling and was able to negotiate a settlement after I was initially denied. I have no doubt that he shows that same determination and commitment to all of his clients. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Carwile for any personal injury needs!

My case took a bit to settle. Not because it wasn’t being worked on but because Mr. Presutti wasn’t willing to accept something that he knew was not fair for me to receive. Once it was time to settle he made sure it was okay with me. He kept me updated and I honestly knew I was in the right hands.
