Excellent attorney and I highly recommend him, he was very helpful and explained every step in the process perfectly. He is very well informed with the immigration process and takes time to point out where that information came from in the immigration law. He also took the time to meet with me to prep before the immigration hearing. During the hearing the officer requested more evidence and Brian sent a well written document in a timely manner covering all concerns that the officer had. My dad was at risk of deportation. He was taken away to a detention facility. During this time me and my family felt robbed and vulnerable. We hired Brian Plotts and my dad was released in 2 weeks! Right after that Brian started working on my dads case quickly. Before trial he explained everything to us in Spanish so we knew exactly what will happen. My parents primary language is Spanish so he made my parents feel confident. He is knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. During trial he had everything ready. He even had extra copies. And when we had to present our case to our judge he was prepared for anything that would be thrown at him. He had an answer for every question. The government was not prepared.
