I had the pleasure of working with Rick Guerra on a legal matter that had been ongoing for over 5 years. Upon hearing the details of my case, Rick developed a plan that he executed flawlessly. Christian and Rick were a joy to work with on my case. Rick himself is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as an attorney. He knew from the beginning how we were able to navigate through my case. He even had more knowledge than the opposing attorney. Christian was excellent to communicate with this entire process. He kept us organized and updated with every single detail. I would def be working with the Guerra Days Law Group in the future.

I contacted Mr. Guerra's office for legal advice, in part because his profile claims he does free consultations. I wanted to know what my legal rights were and was prepared to hire him to help resolve the issue. Someone else answered the call and had me explain - briefly - what the issue was. Then he told me if I wanted a consultation with Mr. Guerra that I would have to pay $500! Not free, as advertised - $500! I pointed out that the profile claimed a consultation would be free and the person acknowledged that but reiterated that I would have to pay $500 to talk with Mr. Guerra. I was also told that I'd have to pay another $1,500 (I believe he said per hour) if Mr. Guerra did anything beyond the consultation. Not only is it false advertising but it may be fraud.

Great law firm I work with Kim so sweet this law firm works in your best interest and will fight for you for every penny awesome job.

When I got tboned by a driver running a red light, I waited to get a lawyer because I thought it would be a quick case. I was so wrong. When I did look for lawyers after I realized I was in over my head, this was the second place I called. Claudia came to my home as I was unable to travel and answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. They ensured I had the medical care I needed and handled all the issues I had. If I needed something, Claudia was always quick to answer and handle anything I needed.
