I contacted Mr. Guerra's office for legal advice, in part because his profile claims he does free consultations. I wanted to know what my legal rights were and was prepared to hire him to help resolve the issue. Someone else answered the call and had me explain - briefly - what the issue was. Then he told me if I wanted a consultation with Mr. Guerra that I would have to pay $500! Not free, as advertised - $500! I pointed out that the profile claimed a consultation would be free and the person acknowledged that but reiterated that I would have to pay $500 to talk with Mr. Guerra. I was also told that I'd have to pay another $1,500 (I believe he said per hour) if Mr. Guerra did anything beyond the consultation. Not only is it false advertising but it may be fraud.
