I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

Absolutely would hire Mr. Presutti and his team again! Was actually referred out and was quite hesitant at first. Actually received a call not only from his wonderful staff, but from Mr. Presutti himself to discuss my case. His son, A. Presutti, is great as well. The office??! This is a bittersweet post, but I want to share. My wife (of only 5 days) was on her way to work. It was a beautiful morning so she took her Harley. She never made it to work. Someone turned in front of her and just like that she was gone. I was a wreck. I didn't know what to do. A friend put me with a lawyer that was dragging out the settlement and charging me more money than what was being offered. Another friend recommended Richard. Richard got involved, Told me what to say to my lawyer and instructed me on how to get paid. Richard would not take a dime from me. Fast forward a few years. I was involved in a wreck and under threat of being sued. I wanted to hire Richard and pay him to represent me.
