I will use Mr. Presutti again if I need to.. he is a great lawyer and he will work hard for you! He want stop until he takes care of you!! Joyful and delightful experience with him.. I hope not to be in another wreck, but you better believe, I will hire him again!! Thanks Mr Presutti!!

The Presutti office has exceeded all expectations for me. I really appreciate that they fought 7 long years in which today we were granted a win in verdict. It has been very efficient for me because I was able to handle a lot over the phone when transportation wasn’t available. Emotionally they were available. They listened to my complaint. Therapy and other things were available right away. Communication was very well. They never missed a call and anytime I left a message a response was returned right away. I would like to personally thank Meredith for calming me down as I was scared to testify due to personal reasons. Joey I wish you success to new beginnings. To the Presutti office, thank you!!!!!

My case took a bit to settle. Not because it wasn’t being worked on but because Mr. Presutti wasn’t willing to accept something that he knew was not fair for me to receive. Once it was time to settle he made sure it was okay with me. He kept me updated and I honestly knew I was in the right hands.

Can’t say enough good things about Richard Presutti and his Law Firm. They’ve been by my side since day one working harder than I’ve seen before with other lawyers. Shout out to Tammy for always being a phone call/email/pager/fax/etc away. I’m talking about all questions asked and keeping me informed and up to date at any time with no wait for reply!!! Presutti and his team gets the job done and if you are searching for someone to really have your back don’t look any further. Seriously y’all five stars ain’t enough. Two extra stars for having Negan’s bat framed at the office!

At this point I had to stop and take a moment to praise Sarah Tony and Abby whether or not this was to be settled in the way I would want it or the way they would want it is irrelevant the pure fact that they have genuine sincere hospitality and they're able to give you back your self-respect is something beyond the pale and I will forever be indebted to these people what a wonderful experience I have had with this law firm and again it doesn't matter how it turns out with them giving me back my dignity letting me know I had not lost my mind is again beyond The pale and they are all in my prayers and I thank them so much I thought I was going to lose my mind after the horrible experience I had with what they call a huge law firm well I know better now bigger isn't always better and if anybody finds himself in a crisis these are the people you want to represent you thank you
