Mark is very knowledgeable in the NIW process and well detailed in putting together your petition. He definitely has a lot of experience. He is hard to reach over the phone but he does reply to emails. It could be a little frustrating when you want status update or answers and you can’t reach him but be rest assured he is working hard for you. Also very affordable. No regrets at all.

Really bad experience with him. He was very communicative until he received my payment, then no communication at all. I'm talking texts, emails, calls. You can't even leave a message because his voicemail is full. I even went to his office to try to get a hold of him, but the front desk people just give a canned response that he's not around. He caused a lot of delays that have really messed up my plans. Why promise that the case will be done in 2 weeks and then disappear for months at a time, for a service I paid thousands of dollars for? Is it because I am an immigrant and you're preying on my difficult position in this country? Even his twitter handle is filled with people trying to track him down. There are many other lawyers available that will file your case without the pain and difficulty that this man has caused.

I just took my money and dumped in the trash can! I gave him 3500$ he said your letters are going to be ready in two days. Now has been 3 months i did not receive anything, I texted him, emailed him, called him but nothing. He never answers, never. Please don’t do my mistake, I’ll have to go to the police to try have my money back. My last hope 😔

I worked with Mark on my NIW and he was of a great help, he doesn't let you deal with para-legals as other do, you will have direct communication with him everytime you need to. I understand some times it is difficult to get him over the phone from the first attempt as he will be with other customers but often he calls or texts you back. I personally and honestly can say he was very efficient, knowledgeable and provided me with guidance all over my process. $ fee wise I found him by far the less costly option in the market on top of that you'll get a direct interaction with the lawyer himself. I recommend whoever looking for a good laywer for NIW to approach him asap. One last thing don't get afraid when he uses some strong language when sending out your petition or RFE as he knows what he is doing. Great job Mark and thank you for your fantastic effort and work.

Irresponsive and irresponsible. Read the contract, it says, "NON-REFUNDABLE" attorney fees. This is the catch. Does not do a good job. Instead go to Chen Associates, they are a lot more responsive and do it within your timeframe. With Mark, it takes months and months and finally get a lousy job done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
