Contrate al abogado Galaviz después de tener otro abogado que solo me cambiaba las Cortes, me pedía dinero y no me estaba ayudando. Al contrario me dijo que firmara y me diera culpable. Mi vecina me aconsejó que cambiara de abogado y si, le hablé al abogado Abraham Galaviz y después de contratarlo el peleo por mi y me defendió en la corte criminal y finalmente hoy se cerró mi caso y la fiscalía me quitó los cargos. I would like to say, "Thank you Attorney Abraham J. Galaviz", for preparing, representing, and winning my husband's removal case in immigration court today! My husband entered the United States over 23 years ago, had several entries, remained illegally, and had few misdemeanors in criminal court. Aside from the language barrier my husband was struggling in understanding the process and couldn't remember information that was vital to his case, but Attorney Galaviz once again (previously represented and obtained an immigration bond; September, 2014) took the time to explain the process and even did a similar mock trial of what the court would look like today; including questions and testimony. Following this, my husband was more confident, calm, and prepared. Attorney Galaviz provided the court evidence, witness testimony, and presented a very strong case which was a complete shock when the government attorney (the one that wants to deport you/your loved one) stopped the proceeding and recommended to the immigration judge to end the removal proceedings against my husband, the judge agreed, and granted his green card! My oath ceremony for US citizenship is tomorrow but I would not have gotten this far if it wasn’t for Mr. Galaviz and his law firm’s team.
