After our car accident in November 2015, my husband & I started to experience more and more pain. This from an accident we "walked away" from. Early in 2016 I started looking online for accident lawyers and found Crockett Law out of Houston, we live out side of Abilene.Then in a few days we go contacted by a law firm out of Ft. Worth. We began to pray about it and felt that the Lord was drawing us to Brian and his firm!! My first contact was with Anilesse and we probably had the most contact with her. Anilesse is one of the most kind gentle ladies, will go out of her way to do anything in her power to help you. William was the first lawyer I talked to in depth. He was very kind and caring, would talk to me any time he was not in court. Then Tara flew up to Abilene to do videos of friend, family and coworkers that had see a change in us over the time from before the accident and after. Then Brian and Tara flew here for our depositions and Brian met us for our mediation. It never seemed to make a difference that we and the Crockett Law were so far away from each other. They were only a phone call or flight away! The mediator, well renowned in his own right, told us that we had an AMAZING lawyer. That he had never in all his years of practice & mediation seen a presentation as good as the one that Brian put together!!! We cannot begin to thank you enough to you ALL!!!!! When I first met with Mr Crockett, he promised he would always be available, I would always be able to get a hold of him. He even got me a rent car so I wouldn't have to wait on the other driver's insurance company. After I signed the contract, trying to get him to callback was impossible. I didn't mind having contact with his associate, Ryan (who is a very knowledgeable attorney). But after 2 weeks, I was never sent to a doctor, or got and MRI, and the LOP was not sent to a chiropractor. My biggest pet peeve was not having my calls returned. His firm set my case back by not being on top of things. They keep signing clients, but are too busy to help them like they need to.

Brian Crockett WILL answer your calls, speak intelligently with you and keep you in the loop. He handled a case for me with a particularly cranky, big-corporation defendent that innumerable people have sued. My case, happily, did not involve permanent damage or surgery for me, so it wasn't worth a huge sum of money. Mr. Crockett treated me with the same respect and concern as if I had a multi-million dollar case. He is humorous and a very good listener.
