I worked with Mark on my NIW and he was of a great help, he doesn't let you deal with para-legals as other do, you will have direct communication with him everytime you need to. I understand some times it is difficult to get him over the phone from the first attempt as he will be with other customers but often he calls or texts you back. I personally and honestly can say he was very efficient, knowledgeable and provided me with guidance all over my process. $ fee wise I found him by far the less costly option in the market on top of that you'll get a direct interaction with the lawyer himself. I recommend whoever looking for a good laywer for NIW to approach him asap. One last thing don't get afraid when he uses some strong language when sending out your petition or RFE as he knows what he is doing. Great job Mark and thank you for your fantastic effort and work.

Don't waste $300 for consultation, because per Mr Robinson, if you don't have any legal complaints, he doesn't wanna waste his time. Just another lawyer saying lawyer things.

Irresponsive and irresponsible. Read the contract, it says, "NON-REFUNDABLE" attorney fees. This is the catch. Does not do a good job. Instead go to Chen Associates, they are a lot more responsive and do it within your timeframe. With Mark, it takes months and months and finally get a lousy job done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The entire staff of TB Robinson were amazing. I would highly recommend their services.

I called this establishment 11/15/2019 and they have not reached out to me bad for business.

I left a message and was told I would receive a return phone call. No one has called me back yet. I called the next day and no one answered the phone.
