They are so rude on the phone and don't want to help me. I have two spots on lungs. They don't care. The secretary or whoever answered phone wanted me to go to my landlord to complain about my asbestos exposure and spots on lungs. I thought lawyers made those calls. I could be evicted from my home for complaining. dumb lawyers who don't care. I'll just get a kinder lawyer.

Mark Lanier is an outstanding lawyer and an even greater person. He is a quintessential example of what a lawyer should be, morally upright and a perveyor of justice. His firm is undoubtedly one of the finest institutions of law in the state of Texas.

After three hours of internet research, I carefully selected The Mark Lanier Law Firm, to prosecute a USC 18 ss 1030 Federal Regs. Childs play, for any lawyer with Information Science in their background. I talked to a person there, who claimed to be a " Paralegal ". She said she was actually acquainted with my specific complaint. She said she knew where in the firm, to send my case for eval. Days go by. Then, MORE days and days go by. After 50 days, I decide to see where my case is. I am told by the main receptionist, that my good case is in the hands of a man name of Mr. Johnnie Cargill. I try to find ANYTHING on Mr. Cargill...in vain !!!! Well, another 20 days go by, and I now leave my FOURTH message for Mr. Cargill, on his Voice Mail. Nothing. FINALLY, I find out, after 70 days, that CARGILL is a marketing person, for Mark Lanier, and NOT A LAWYER. I talk, once again, to the receptionist. 20 minutes later, I get a call from some little person, telling me that the lawyer who actually has my case, is a man name of CADOURY. And, that "they", who ever "they" are, have seen my case, and, " we don't have time " to " do your case ". About as totally unprofessional as I have been mistreated, and kicked around by a bunch of quasi-professionals. You can send some person to Law School. But, LAW SCHOOLS do not teach Ethics. FOR THE RECORD, Mark Lanier, the Founder, is supposed to be a Christian Minister, and Leader. Mark Lanier is worth 1.5 BILLION DOLLARS, and has been featured in many, many magazines that specialize in articles that remind us of the act that Mr. Mark Lanier has 10 BILLION DOLLARS in settlements, and decisions. Why couldn't they take 20 minutes to talk to me about my case, in 70 days ? I'll tell you why. Because the attorney who had my case, has ZERO ability in MIS / IT / Information Science. He is a fossil fuels attorney, but, could not take a tiny moment to help a good citizen. DISGRACEFUL.
