July 9, 2009 Attorney Adam Tabak is a highly esteemed professional who knows the law. He recently represented me in a credit report matter. In this day and age, everyone knows the importance of maintaining and keeping a healthy credit score. Credit scores can effect whether or not you obtain employment . A credit score can also determine the interest rate that lender(s) consider you a high or low risk factor for the rate that you receive on a car, mortgage or personal loan. Before retaining Attorney Tabak, we had a face to face consultation. He was patient , diligent and very methodical in explicating the procedures that he would follow to resolve my situation. Within 90 days, he had my credit restored back to over a 700 plus. The erroneous trade-lines had been deleted because of his thoroughness in the Texas State Law. That’s what it takes to fight collection agencies and original creditors! An attorney that doesn’t mind holding companies accountable for trying to intimidate hard working people, such as myself!
