For anyone who hasn't needed an attorney until now, A.T. Law Office is definitely the one you should choose-they will not disappoint. Picking the wrong attorney could lead to negative life changing events so you must choose wisely. I was clueless about all of this since this was my first time needing a lawyer, so I began my quest for the best. After endless phone calls and consultations trying to find the absolute best for the job, I quickly came to realize that most attorneys simply do not care about you or your situation. I knew immediately when I got off the phone with Amir that they actually care about helping people, and they did just that. They were very helpful throughout the entire process and even explained the legal terms in a manner I could easily understand. It was eye opening to see how professional and passionate they are about what they do. The outcome of the case was what we wanted and A.T. Law fought the battle for us and did a superb job. Let me be clear, you must do your part as well. You need to be honest upfront about all of the details of your case and provide the information as needed in a timely manner. If you do not, I'm not sure your outcome will have the same results. As for cost, they are not the cheapest, but the finer things in life never are. When your future is on the line, you quickly realize that saving a few bucks just isn't worth it. That being said, I do consider them reasonably priced for the job they did and will recommend them to anyone who asks in the future. I am extremely thankful that we found A.T Law. Give them a call and relax, your search is over.

Daphne seemed to be a good lawyer at first. I was worried and apprehensive going into this ordeal and she assured me that our case was strong, and seemed to be on top of everything. She communicated well and seemed understanding of the details of my case, and of the seriousness of my worries involving my ex. Everything fell apart over the span of months. Her general attitude towards communicating with me or appreciating the seriousness of the situation deteriorated to the point where I wasn't sure she even knew who she was speaking to whenever she did actually return emails or calls, which was a constant struggle with her. Near the end of her working on our case she was hostile and rude to the point where I actually questioned whether her and the opposing counsel were working together, not for me, or that I had done something to offend her so badly that she was trying to be fired. After Daphne left the firm that was representing us, the gravity of just how badly she mishandled my case came to light. The lawyer who took over our case expressed dismay and confusion at what was left in her wake, her complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, and most importantly the realization that she did not submit absolutely crucial evidence to the court for reasons we cannot understand. This failure to submit evidence has seriously damaged what was an otherwise very strong case, and has lead to setbacks that are actively putting my child in danger by allowing a dangerous and unstable individual, who makes no effort to hide their behavior, to regain full unsupervised visitation they should have never had in a million years, and wouldn't have had if Daphne had done her job in the most basic sense. Before she left, I was looking into firing Daphne and finding a new lawyer, something I couldn't at all afford, but the situation had deteriorated so severely that I saw no alternative. It was nothing short of a nightmare, and was the most stressful experience of my life. There is nothing I regret more than having this lawyer represent me during the most important fight of my life, when the wellbeing and safety of my child was at stake. Avoid this lawyer at all costs if you value your case.

My respects to attorney Amir. I've never had an attorney as good as Amir. Amir is very professional, very honest when doing an overview of your case. He will tell you from the beginning the positive and the negative. very blunt. He will work with you personally as when he handled my case he would call me directly and his return call backs were impressively fast. I highly recommend Amir to anyone. Your case will be in honest great hands and hiring him as an attorney is absolutely worth every penny. I will definitely save his contact info for any future need where I need help in any family legal matters. You leave it to him and he will do the rest. His staff are very lucky to work for him. Keep up the good work staff as you guys are the first image people see before seeing Amir and are the first impression of his office. I had a long and drug out divorce, Daphne was right there by my side each time. She always answered my questions to the best of her abilities and did everything she could to make sure I was completely taken care of!

I had Ms. Daphne represent my divorce case and she stayed updated with me throughout the process. She’s passionate, knowledgeable, empathetic which is lacking in most lawyers and warm yet very professional in her dealings. I’d highly recommend her as a great attorney especially in family law. You’d be in great hands!

This one is very money hungry and dishonest. He does not show up or do what he says. He doesn't follow through and he will take a case verbally and not file as an attorney on the case and act unethically. He also allows terrible and inexperienced attorneys that he says work for him to interact with his clients for his own reasons. Those attorneys do nothing and claim they are waiting for him. He doesn't check on anything. He lacks integrity and will try to get every penny until he's stealing. I hired him for one week and he quit before he did anything and is staying in the way of my case and not working on it or allowing me to because he wants to steal the retainer he didnt earn. He steals. If you let him he'll say he used a 10,000 dollar retainer in 2 days and did nothing for your you case or you as a client. He has many excuses and tactics to get a retainer and in a short time after that be unavailable and unresponsive. Lately he's blaming covid-19. I don't recommend him. I have only interacted with him over a week and I'm totally disappointed by his behavior and those associated with him. Any unused portion of your retainer no matter how large he will try and keep and he looks for any reason not to work or quit. Why take a case and then compalinand say untrue things about a client. Lying about taking a case to swindle money...I had to report him to bar association.

With my experience working with Merchant Law, my lawyer Daphne Smith took me through the major key points of my divorce in a manner that was comforting and understanding. Any concerns I divulged were quickly assessed and addressed in a timely manner. She made me feel 100% comfortable during a time of complete vulnerability. I pray I do not need another divorce lawyer in the future but if so, I would definitely choose Daphne to represent me again!
