He is the worst. He was never even clear on the facts of my case. Two weeks before trial he couldn't even remember the basic facts. He allowed first year associates to argue motions that led to crucial mistakes in trial testimony. He never listened to his co- counsel and slept during closing arguments. Of course we lost our case, which should never have been a loss. He took a huge percentage of our funds so he'd never be out a dime if he lost even though it was a contingency case. There are no excuses for his unprofessional inexcusable content. He'd rather be teaching bible study. NEVER HIRE HIS FIRM.
