I am very sad too say that I am not getting the help that I expected from this firm. On August 27, 2022, I was involved in an accident where I was stopped at a red light, someone without insurance ran the red light, hit an expedition (that also had no insurance) that crossed over the median and hit me and from the impact pushed me into the car next to me. Unfortunately, I was driving for LYFT and my normal car insurance denied the claim and it had to be handled through the insurance for LYFT. The insurance company for LYFT did not cover a rental or anything and it took them 3 weeks to get my car to the Collision center. Needless to say, my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe was declared totaled from the impact. I searched and searched for a good Lawyer that handled these types of claims and this Law Firm appeared to be a good fit. I hired them at the beginning of September. Also, I am fused from T10 to S1 from a near fatal car accident I was in 28 years ago and am in alot of pain. I thought this law firm would be able to help me but as of yet (nearly 9 weeks after the accident) not too much progress has been made. They were able to get me to a chiropractor and a pain specialist. The Chiropractor can't really do anything for me because of my fusion and ordered a MRI at the beginning and I still have not had an MRI and am still in a lot of pain. My arms go numb with very strong tingling and I have have headaches since the accident happened; the chiropractor needs the MRI to know what type of doctor he can refer me to and still no MRI. This is very dissapointing because all his reviews are great and I felt like I got a great lawyer but am finding out that I made a mistake. I want a lawyer that can get immediate relief for me. If my lawyer or anyone were dealing with the pain and discomfort that I am in, they would act a lot quicker than what I am getting. From these reviews I believe they are great but from the lack of help that I am getting I do not agree.

I was in an accident in March. Right after calling 911, I called Mr. Guss. Within minutes his team had me in the ER and taken care of. After that everything went very smooth. Great communication the whole time. They really did treat me like family. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.
