Stewart j Guss the best attorney in Texas the whole staff have been amazing especially Diana Alfaro who made sure I received the best treatment for my injuries and constantly check on me to see how I was doing with my recovery. Never had greater experience thus far until Guss and Diana, I will definitely recommend to my families and friends and will return again if I ever have any issues.

Hired after an accident, and they completely took care of everything. Office was very direct and communicated often, as needed. Gave me an app to be able to have direct line of communication, and every single time I had a question, it was answered in less than 24 hours. I found them very professional and friendly, and through out the entire process, I felt they had my best interest at the forefront. Although I did not have to pay upfront, which makes some people pause, I found the fee they did charge was extremely adequate, and earned for the work they did in bringing my case to a satisfactory conclusion. Would absolutely recommend them!!!

Dont use this lawyer. If you're going to use this lawyer, make sure u have your own doctor's to see. The drs he recommends for surgery will continue to change, and they will end up fixing the wrong herniation disk. I went yrs after my surgery in pain and a lot of out of pocket expense to find out there was a second herniated disk that needed to be fused. I'm now pain-free but could have been yrs ago.
