Stewart J. Guss was so helpful through the entire process after my car accident. They helped relieve me of so much stress as they handled everything. Everyone involved constantly kept up with me and made sure I was aware of all the changes and progressions. They were great at explaining everything to me. They were extremely polite, eager to help in any way they could. They're very patient with me as I had many questions, and they promptly provided the answer to each of my questions, I noticed that IF they didn't know the EXACT ANSWER, OR just wanted to make sure they answer correctly as well as abiding by the Tx. state laws, they made sure to double check, which they'd actually answered correctly and by the law in the 1st place as they found out upon double checking. They're very prompt as for returning calls, and were not pushy nor impatient if I needed "time" to decide on what course of action I would take, as I was given several options. They are very knowledgeable and went above and BEYOND in order to be very accommodating. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who is looking for the service they provide, as they are extremely adept in their profession as WELL AS being very PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE!!! An overall great experience, considering their clients are already going through a lot of trouble, pain, some times even loss of lives.
