Update: Got in touch with a supervisor and he helped me get this off my son's credit report. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter. Took over a year to settle our case and then one of the medical bills that were supposed to be paid through them is showing up on my son's credit report as NOT PAID! I've tried SEVERAL times to have them help me with this and they have ghosted me time and time again! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
