Attorney Haynes was open and honest with me during our initial consultation and explained that I didn't actually need a lawyer for the services I retained her for. However, I do not have any legal background and wanted some sense of security that everything was going to be done correctly and efficiently. I "shopped around" to see what other lawyers had to say and what kind of prices they were asking for, and Attorney Haynes was very fair in terms of cost. The service I received was timely, friendly, and thorough, and I could not have asked for a better team to be in communication with during the process. I understand Attorney Haynes specializes in a number of fields; I retained her services for guidance through the immigration process. I am confident she works with the same principles, values, and ethics in every service she provides. If I ever require an attorney in the future, she is the person I will be contacting first.

I used this law firm for a really bad car accident I had last year and let me just say I would never use them again! I only spoke with my attorney maybe 3-4 times out the whole entire time . First issue was I felt like because my last name they assumed I spoke Spanish and assigned a bilingual attorney . So I was not happy with that and 2nd I felt like she was just pushing me to try all these different dr for my back injury after I kept saying I don’t want to keep racking up a bill when I didn’t have any insurance . Then top it off she did NOTHING but send my file off to another Attorney because she couldn’t help me much more so what the hell did I pay her l!!! I should of just used the other t instead She was way much helpful . I am not happy at all!!!!!

I had an accident and my car was totaled. In researching attorney's I finally settled on the offices of Stewart J. Guss. Initially, my goal was to be made whole since I had to go into my account and come up with a down payment for a new car. I wasn't looking to make a profit, I just wanted to replace my out of pocket expense. Maria Q has been a consummate professional from day one. She randomly called and texted to give updates or, just to make sure that I was OK. I really appreciated that. It certainly helped to make me feel like I was more than just another client. When I spoke with the attorney a couple of weeks ago and agreed to a settlement amount - I was very happy as it was more than I expected and certainly made me whole with some left over but, I informed the attorney that I would certainly be OK if they could negotiate more before we finalized everything. I wasn't expecting anything to come up that and, it didn't matter because the original offer was absolutely OK with me. Today, I received another call and was informed that the amount that I initially settled for has been renegotiated... to THREE times the initial offer! I would recommend the offices of Stewart J.
