A client centered law firm! Highly recommend!

So, I’m going to do this review a little different.... I just hired Stewart J Guss’ firm today, and my review will be solely based on the interaction and communication which ultimately lead to my decision. This was my first time injured in an auto accident, and truly was lost, and not sure what direction to take. At one point even considered just listening and accepting anything my insurance company threw my way-when I knew I shouldn't. Four days now; I have called and spoken with David and Matt numerous times - literally, as this is something I know nothing about, I asked question - after question - after question, probably the same question multiple times. I contacted them at all hours of the day, and at one point I kept getting tied up with work, he said “works priority, what time works for you”. We conferenced at 8:30 PM that night. After a 30 minute conversation, I consulted with my wife, causing more questions to come to mind, so I emailed/txt the individuals with the assumption they would get back to me in the morning. No, I was definitely mistaken! These same individuals conference called me 10-15 minutes after I sent that email/txt, which was sometime around 10:30-11:00PM. With the amount of cases out there they absolutely did not need to exert so much effort and energy into answering my questions when I literally gave them no certainty that I would even hire them. After probably 2 total hours of phone communication - 4 days wasting mine and their time, I said to myself “these guys literally have answered all [300] questions, and I never got the feeling Matt or David were annoyed by my constant and repetitive uncertainty about hiring them. They know I’m confused, hesitant, and uncertain about this whole process, and I truly think (at least they made it feel like) they would talk to me for another 4 days if that’s what it was going to take. These are the guys I want representing me”. I honestly felt like they continued to respond and answer questions as quickly as possible - for me - had nothing to do with them obtaining an additional case. Even if that’s their sales tactic, that’s fine by me, because I never once felt rushed, pressured, or the slightest bit persuaded into hiring them. As crazy as it sounds - They were very much content with just providing me as much consultation as I needed, and if I decided to go a different route they would be ok with that (maybe they wouldn’t be, but they never made me feel obligated to do anything or guilty for not doing anything). I don’t think they ever once said “so are you going to sign the contract” or anything. In a lot of cases I think I would feel annoyed or bitter in giving someone a percentage of money that’s mine, but after their “opening statement :)” it makes it that much easier, and somewhat gives me the feeling we are a legit team. I know that was probably way to long of a review, for a review just on the hiring process, but I wanted express as much as possible; someone who knows nothing about the insurance world, was confused and completely lost; signed their contract 4 days after initial contact, excited and revived again, and truly feel like these guys have my back and will not do anything unless it’s in the best interest of me and my family. That went along way with me, respect is everything. I give these guys 10 stars during the execution of contract phase. I don’t expect anything different, but will provide a review at the end of my case, to maybe help better show there strengths and weaknesses. I would recommend Stewart J Guss law firm to everyone who unfortunately gets in a car accident. I was extremely satisfied with everyone who helped me out!!! Anytime and I mean anytime I called , emailed or even texted they answered me right away ! Everyone was very professional and kind hearted. I am very happy with my results and outcome ! Although difficult, my situation was put through a well-oiled machine that was not only extremely personable, but also technologically advanced! The law firm of Atty Stewart J Guss gave my wife and I the confidence from the very start that they considered us first as their own family. Secondly, they help us find professional Drs that helped us on our injuries. Thirdly a special thank you to Atty Jonathan Cavanaugh for his patience when we don't understand something he takes that extra time to explain things to us and even txt and email us on a regular basis.
