After my dad had a personal injury we searched for attorneys & we gave Stewart J. Guss a tryed & my dad & myself DONT regret contacting them! They have been absolutely great! Honestly all I can say is that everything about Stewart J Guss Law firm is incredible. I had a pretty bad car accident caused by another driver. Everyone that works for this firm is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention they always treated me with respect and compassion. From the moment you walk in everyone is very kind and professional. They were extremely accommodating and they always made my health and recovery their main priority. From the very first moment they stared working on my case they made sure I understood everything that was going on and made sure I received the best treatment and sent me to see great doctors. I will never forget that when I met with them one of the first things they said was that their main concern was going to be to make sure that at the end of the case I was back to the way I was before the accident. They did that and more! They stayed in touch throughout the whole time that the case was going to keep me updated and to see how my recovery was going. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care off and that at the end I walked away with a great settlement. My wife needed medical attention and the restaurant insurance wanted us to pay everything and they will reimburse us after the treatment. She fell in the restaurant because there was water on the floow. Mr Guss was a awesome support and guide on a process that we had no idea what to do. He came to our home and he and his office alwyas returned our phones calls ASAP. I am extremely satisfied with the results and with his services.

Unless you have a straightforward case, go somewhere else and avoid wasting yours and their time. It appears to me they cherry pick the cases they want to take and frankly I found the staff member while courteous unable the differentiate between the pieces of information I gave him as well as I had to repeat myself multiple times. Truthfully would have let them collect more out of whatever they earned if it didn't interfere with my current working situation. My reasons for lawyering up were not financial to which they could have collected on lost wages and bill reimbursements. Go find a more dedicated lawyer, I'm sure these guys will drop you as soon as they believe the payout too small even if it isn't or at least not as big as they'd like. They are a business, affordable lawyers are a myth, and they appear to be ambulance chasers fishing for big wins. While I understand that not all cases are viable, this attorney's office will probably just be an emotional time suck with someone who I suspect doesn't even have an associate's level education and are just filtering out the easy big wins. The representative they had for me couldn't even find in his list of companies my employer which has 10k employees across the U.S.
