The worse attorney I have ever dealt with. Does not return phone calls. Waited up until the 2 year statue almost ran to file suit. Couldn't get my medical records. I had to make calls to get my medical records sent to them. I do not recommend Stuart Guss. 3 years later my case still has not been settled

I have used them in past but lately they don’t communicate with me have to be calling them to get a update on my case and my case manager never answers leave voicemails and still no call back

Having power of attorney to take care of my daughter's accident was overwhelming, since her future was up to my decisions. When I found Stewart Guss and his staff - Andrea and Brantley were beyond fantastic. Always had all the time in the world to discuss things with me, and our best interests, kind, considerate, and the friendliest people I have ever dealt with in the law profession. Attorney Guss agreed to take my case and did an excellent job! His office and associates kept me well informed on the progress of my case. After the accident, I needed treatment and several injections and his staff was extremely helpful in getting me treated without expense on my part. I am really glad I found Stewart Guss law firm because they are excellent and truly helped me out during the tough times after a major car accident where I almost died. I first hired a well known law firm by watching their tv commercials. I had to always beg for them to return my phone calls and never once met my attorney after 6 months of having them on my case.
