After the car accident, all the necessary procedures went smoothly, and I was able to connect to the hospital right away, which allowed me to receive the necessary treatment whenever I needed. It was great that the person in charge of me, Hannah Lee, was not only fluent in English but also proficient in Korean, making it even more convenient for me to communicate.

I was very satisfied with the work process. I thought it would be difficult to handle the work due to the very unfriendly attitude of the insurance company, but the work was completed very easily thanks to the coordination of the law firm in the middle.
In particular, whenever I need a Korean interpreter, I am so grateful that the staff in charge are so kind and help me with the work.
