Mr Tuan Nguyen is the greatest immigration lawyer in Texas. Back then I got trick from Gamal Dang & Associates!!! (Wasted 14 year for Green card!!!)And Fong & Associates LLP !!! wasted my time (4year) for green card. Fong even told me he is board certified. (BS).!!! Luckily my friend told me to talk to Mr Tuan Nguyen. He take care my green card within 6m and straight to get a citizenship in 1 year. Noted every case is different please make a appointment to talk to mr Tuan. If he can't help you then don't wasted your time and money for some other BS lawyer. The good lawyer is not easy to find !!! Normal people we go work hard every day and don't have much time to research for a good lawyer. If Mr Tuan accepted your case then you have nothing to worry.

I was a customer and had an approved case. Let me do a detail review for your reference. 1. The good: There were two lawyers I talked with in the office (Mr. Nguyen and Mr.Hector). In my opinion, Mr.Nguyen has a calm vibe and thus his opinion always sounded solid. He also returned phone calls if you asked for him. Again, I only met with him once and talked to him twice. So far he does have an expertise in immigration. Mr.Hector is more vibrant. I was once angry at how the office got the work done. He knew how to diffused the anger. He seemed to handle all the "out of states" case. He did provide me an advice about medical record. However, that advice wasn't correct so I am not quite sure if the USCIS was wrong or he was wrong. Overall, if you are angry and you talk to him, you will feel good and reassured. 2. The not so good: a. Legal assistants: Their English is not up to bar. Sometimes you will have to read their email two - three times to understand what they meant. they also relied on Vietnamese too often. b. No monthly update on your case. I had to call, nudged, and asked questions every now and then to get an update. They actively call you when they need payment from you. I guess it is a typical lawyer office's behavior? c. No post service recommendation whatsoever. You got your case approved. That is. No "how are we doing" means they don't really care about how they did. In fact, if they ask, I would love to provide feedback and I don't have to come here to comment on their service. Very bad post service can ensure I will no longer do another case with you. d. Late communication: my medical record was expired. No communication whatsoever. The lawyer reviewed my case at the VERY last minute and informed me I needed a new one. This caused me confusion, upset, and anger. Very late surprise which was the exact reasons why I hire a lawyer to avoid. I worked at a large lawyer office before. I understand when you do service it is hard to get thing perfect and get every customer happy. I think this office still need lots of work to be better. I have no comment on the fee since I am all about supporting Vietnamese businesses. The fee is more expensive here than other Vietnamese offices but I think it is cheaper than many non-Vietnamese ones. I wish they asked for feedback and aim at providing better and higher services Overall, the office gets the job done, but I know it could be better, if it tries. Would I come back for other services? Absolutely not. I would rather pay more money to have an ease of mind or none (100% DIY and save money). My case is relatively simple but I was surprise (and furious) at how much stress I had to go through. I feel I do not get my money worth. (Or maybe that is standardize feeling after working with an Immigration lawyer - I don't know). As a customer, I can only provide you my subjective feeling and my perception of the service. This office would be good for you if you have a complex case but your budget is tight to get top of the line serves. Don't talk to the legal assistants, talk to lawyers directly. They will review your case better and catch error from early on. If you are "out of state" customers, you are at disadvantage. You will have to call them more than often. Otherwise they won't look at your case although you might pay the same amount of money.
