I came to attorney Lowe with a family violence/ assault charge. When I initially spoke to him about my case. I told him my spouse was going to drop the charges. He told me that, that was well and good, but knowing the county that my case would be picked up by the state and it was. The prosecuting attorney wanted to give me deferred adjudication with a mountain of court fees. That would have been fine, however I hold a professional license and attorney Lowe knows the law well enough to know that the assault charge is unable to be sealed. If I had that on my record I would not be able to renew my license and I would have been in more trouble than imaginable. I was able to take some classes and able to move toward a complete dismissal of the case. In my experience, attorney Lowe is very knowledgeable of the law, will be straight up with you, professional and work with you to give you the best possible outcome for your case. Highly recommended
