After all was said and done, the Cook Law Firm made me feel like "they had my back" against a big Insurance company. I had an incident that occurred with my 2 year old RV that required a repair. I filed a claim with my insurance agency which was denied. I had many situations where I reached out to the insurance claim agent via email and phone with no success for coverage for the issue to pay for my repair. I payed for the repair out of my pocket and after about a year, I contacted The Cook Law Firm as asked for assistance. In short order, I was having conversations with Mr. Cook and provided him with some requested information regarding my claim. Mr. Cook agreed to take my case and pursue compensation. I was made aware of how the legal system workflow is conducted and had periodic updates as to the progress of my case. It was really nice knowing that I was represented by a knowledgeable professional that would help to let my insurance company know that they were wrong.

The Cook Law Firm fought hard to get my hail damage claim approved. The insurance company denied my claim but due to the Cook Law Firm's efforts I got a brand new roof. Thank you Cook Law Firm.

Worst lawyer everrrrrr had an accident took them 5 long years just to get 2500 from the insurance and they never called me I always had to call them and left voice Mails and never got a call back worst service ever will never recommend them to no one if y’all want a good lawyer Steve lee is we’re to go buddy got his case settled out in 3 weeks so don’t waste your time with these guys cause they are no good

El jueves, 15 de octubre yo tuve un accidente en el cual la señorita Erica Castillo me ayudó. La señorita Castillo fue muy amable conmigo en todo momento.
