An awesome Law Firm!!!!! They are very caring, sincere, and professional but approachable, even the different facilities I had to visit for procedures and treatment. I was involved in a four car wreak on the interstate and they were there to hold my hand and walk me through the entire process. I want to personally thank Erin Wagner and your entire law firm for all of your hard work throughout my case. I cannot thank you enough for the many resources provided to me to receive the amazing treatment required to get me through such a difficult time. You always made sure to send reminder texts for my MD appointments, diagnostic testing or procedures and my physical therapy to get me through the most challenging times in my recovery process. I reached out to this office about an injury claim. The woman who took my initial phone call was helpful enough and professional. Once I received a call back from one of their case managers he seemed enthusiastic to help, unfortunately, I was unable to have a complete conversation at the time. We set up a call back time later that day and he also said he would send me an email with relevant paperwork. I never heard back from him, nor did I receive the email that was promised. I called back and left him a message, which he never returned. I called back once more several days later and the receptionist took my information along with the promise of a call back, which never happened. I went ahead and signed with a different law firm that was readily available to help me with my case. This firm's lack of follow up and communication was disappointing.
