I hired Akingbola while I was dealing with an inappropriate conduct with a student case. Investigators were pressuring me for a statement. As soon as Akingbola got involved all the pressure ceased to exist and I was informed there wasn’t enough evidence for a criminal case nor was there a cooperating victim as the student didn’t cooperate with the cops and She was 18 going on 19 and graduating. I was instructed to resign by Akingbola so I wasn’t liable to make a statement. The case went smoothly after that. If it wasn’t for Akingbola and his/our faith in God I’m not sure what would’ve happened. Thank you

I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone to go through this firm. The communication collectively is horrendous. On top of terrible communication, they make excuses for the lack of communication, and move at a leisurely pace. This process took almost 7 years to conclude. Barbara Lowery was the ONLY competent person in the firm. She was the only people who communicated effectively, was thorough, & had to do other people’s jobs because several people weren’t responding. If you aren’t going through Barbara (eco is the secretary), you more than likely will get ignored or continuously be gaslit by the staff. I have countless emails of me attempting to reach out to various people within the firm. Katrina was so intensely rude, I requested her off my case. Every time I reached out to her, she had an attitude & assumed I should know the terminology she was using. After a few months, I wanted to retract contact & go to another firm but I was told the process would take a long time…again, my case concluded after 7 years. So, I probably could have made the switch & still ended with my settlement sooner. This firm left a terrible taste in my mouth, especially when you’re able to compare to another firm that was superb. I only ended up at Powell’s firm because one of my eye witnesses highly recommended him. I wish I would have read the MANY reviews of this law firm online before making a move. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS FIRM.

I wish I wouldve hired Mr. Davis sooner. He was able to get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor in a certain amount of time & now I can accomplish the goals I set for myself & can apply for jobs I have interest in. He always answered & responded to my messages. If you hire him he will fight for you & have your back 100%. Thank you for helping me at one of the lowest times of my life.
