I was referred to Stephanie from a friend of the family. I trusted that she would be an honest attorney, however my experience was the complete opposite. On April 24th 2020 Stephanie was paid $1,595.00 to Trademark one of my companies. We had a conversation prior explaining the process. She told me during the call that our conversations were " Not being billed towards the cost to TradeMark my business and they were free." After sending Stephanie all of the supporting documents she needed on April 27th. She then tells me she will get back to me within 2 weeks after she has researched my company on the back end to see if my company qualifies to be trademarked. On May first Stephanie sends me a random email with results from her research which is the same information that I can pull from the Trademarking website for free. On May 6th Stephanie and I got on a call to discuss the results. Stephanie proceeds to tell me that I am unable to Trademark the name I choose due to the popularity of the name. During our call Stephanie was EXTREMELY rude, ghetto, aggressive, and unprofessional .(I would NEVER recommend doing ANY business with her EVER) During our call on May 6th my question to Stephanie was, "were there any other options to Trademark my company or does she have any other solution for myself and my company moving forward. Her answer was no in a very aggressive and angry tone. On May 6th I sent Stephanie an email requesting a full refund of the $1,595 I paid her prior and also letting her know that I no longer wish to move forward with the Trademark since there were not any other options other than changing the business name. On May 7th Stephanie sent me an invoice of astronomical chargers equaling $1,370. These charges were not in any contract that was signed nor were they EVER discussed. ( Please see below and attached) Trademark search $278 Credit Card processing fee $46.56 (even though I paid her via PayPal) Classification search $125.00 Report review written Analysis $375.00 (I assume this is the cost for the email letting me know the company name was taken.) April 3rd phone call $250.00 (after being told I wasn't charged) April 27th phone call $100.00 (never agreed or discussed) May 4th phone call $175.00 (never agreed or discussed) Stephanie then proceeds to tell me that the remainder $225 which she feels like I was due back will be put in the mail. Please keep in mind I paid Stephanie via Paypal where the funds are available immediately. Also keep in mind that Stephanie lives in Houston TX and I live in Atlanta GA. This whole experience was extremely traumatic and heartbreaking. I am a single mom and a minority business owner. Stephanie is a thief, dishonest and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I beg you to please do your research before you do business with Stephanie as well as check the state board website. Stephanie has an enormous amount of complaints including this one on that site.

Mr. Lowe is a great attorney as well as a hard worker. He is dedicated to his job as well as his clients. He is determined to get his job done and win. I truly recommend you hire him if your are in need of a great hard working attorney.

Mr. Powells worked on a case for me. He was very persistent with the other insurance company. He was also very upfront with me about the outcome. He made sure that the outcome was in my best interest. He's really a great and thorough attorney. You can tell he isn't about just the money. He has his client's best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend him.

We were involved in a head-on collision after the other driver failed to stop at a stop sign and turned onto our lane. Our experience with Littleton Law Firm was exceptional and we could not have asked for better representation.
