As someone who had never dealt with the legal system and its proceedings, I didn't have the slightest idea on what to do to begin a case. Mr. Patel created a very safe a comfortable environment. Dealing with legal issues with family is never an easy process. We felt, not only supported, but heard when it came to our needs and concerns. He was dedicated, detailed, and expedient. It is hard to find representation that makes you feel as if you truly matter and are not views as income or a cause. In a time with so much at stake, it was amazing to not have to be concerned about representation. Such and incredible relief.

Our lawyer (Surendran K Pattel) helped us recover money from a planning service that refused to refund us for services they did not provide. It was a long and difficult process that we would not have been able to get thru without his expert guidance and counseling! We ended up settling to get much more than the opposing party was willing to give us initially.

We worked with Mr. Patel to obtain a refund from our event planner after the event had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. Our event planner refused to refund us, even for the services not rendered.
He was extremely flexible in working with our schedules and always available to answer questions/concerns (even after business hours). With his guidance, we were able to get majority of the money we had requested to be refunded.
