I hired this attorney for a petition case for my husband, on March 2018, I left a review on google about not being pleased with one of the paralegals who was very irresponsible in losing the information I filled out for DS-260 form. Due to the fact that I submitted said review, I am no longer being represented by Iris Juarbe, and nobody cared to let me know about this. I came in the office today to find the same paralegal tell me this in a very rude manner and that I got what I paid for. Needless to say, this was extremely unprofessional behavior

Lawyer knows her stuff. Receptionist not professional. I called for my case and they were telling me something so different then what I have asked for. I recommend them to look first at the file and then ask questions.
