Even though my case has not come to a close as yet, I'm very pleased with my experiences with Mr. Lee. He conducts himself in a professional manner, yet comes across as an amicable fellow. A very easy person to talk to. If I feel he has misunderstood something that I said, I mention my concerens, we come to an understanding, all without any "attitude" or antagonism. If I have questions, he answers my questions and explains the reason for the answer, if I seem puzzled by the answer.
