I haven’t personally worked with this law firm but I had a very bad impression from the office staff who encouraged me to book a free consultation but Kimberly (attorney) refused because there was no guarantee that I would become a client of theirs. I feel I was misled the website clearly states “free consultation” but likely a marketing bait, it doesn’t say free only if you choose to be a client. I don’t fully understand why anyone should commit to working before even having a chance to talk to attorney.

My husband and I went to like about 4-5 immigration lawyers including Kimberly, they all refuse to help him apply for the green card (except her) the rest said he wouldn't get appprove. They all said and i quote "the advance parol that the prior lawyer helped you get to have a legal entry is useless(hence Kimberly was the one who helped him apply, fill it out and sent it out) he will get deny for the green card" they said, "because the advance parol is a document that can't be added anymore." They all confidently said "He'll have to go to Mexico for the interview and will get deny out the back. It'll be a waste of our time, yours and a waste of money so i recommend you don't do it." About a year or so passed and we finally convinced ourselfs to go through with it and reached out to Kimberly for help she helped through the process the whole time. She's very firm and honest, which that is what made me trust her opinion. She also, was the only one who told my husband that if he didn't have anything bad out that there was no reason for him to get denied and that she believed he wouldn't have to go to Mexico for the interview she believed it'll all have to be done here. We are a little bit over 2 years in on this and my husband finally got the call and letter today 1/29/2024 that his application was APPROVED!!!!!! We truly appreciate Kimberly and her staff for every thing they did for us, not only has she helped us to get through this long process but she's also worked with couple of my husbands family members and they as well have gotten their green card with her help and more importantly patiences, (because when i tell you we constantly bugged her and her staff if there were any updates since we were getting worried they nicely responded and kept us calm.) Defenately reach out to her she truly did an amazing job as did her staff who always answered our questions.
