I met this man almost 10 years ago and he has never dropped his guard or turned his back on anyone. I had spent a few weeks interviewing lawyers to help me with the formation of my business(pretty new and niche field) entities for a new venture and was hitting dead ends. I called Jim because I knew he was a lawyer that handled injury and trial cases but didn’t know that he is knowledgeable on the small business side too. He did not act like he knew everything I was talking about and was very straightforward to me.
