I met this man almost 10 years ago and he has never dropped his guard or turned his back on anyone. He strives to be the best and takes it personal when people are taking advantage of or cheated out of their rights.... Back home we would call him a Stand-up Guy.. I had spent a few weeks interviewing lawyers to help me with the formation of my business(pretty new and niche field) entities for a new venture and was hitting dead ends. I called Jim because I knew he was a lawyer that handled injury and trial cases but didn’t know that he is knowledgeable on the small business side too. He did not act like he knew everything I was talking about and was very straightforward to me. After doing his due diligence, based on his recommendations I ended up not having to do the original(3 entities) but instead 2, saving me money upfront as well as the future(fees). Cook Law Firm and their staff made my claim easy, and handled it with professionalism and promptness. I was very pleased with their ability to keep my informed and up to date on the timeline of things. While no one wants to need a law firm they did a wonderful job representing me. I would definitely use them again if the need arises and would refer friends and family to them.
