Been going through my suit for 3+ years now & I still dont know wth is going on much less where my case stands. I made an appointment to see “my lawyer” & he was a no-show! Not good at all. I have never been made aware of what has been going on unless I (the client) calls to check on them?! There is always new staff & idk how many times my case has been passed around. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Rebecca was great at communicating with me on the case as well as explaining what was going on. This was my first time going through the car accident personal injury process and it couldn’t have been any easier. Also, every other staff member I talked to was very nice & friendly. Attorney Westcott went over & beyond with our cases. Whither it was personal injury, criminal law or real estate the service was great! They are very knowledgeable and courteous. The staff held my hands and walked me through the processes very thoroughly . The one thing i liked the most was how i was always updated, throughout my case. The service was fast and efficient.
