I requested to be terminated due to lack of communication and knowledge about my case from the whole firm since I was a client since November 2022 (what set it off is when they couldn’t find my totaled car that was towed away from the scene in November and they stated I was complaining to much lol) … and for some reason ive spoken to the answering service Evette and they see notes of my request for termination but going on weeks still not a single whereabouts of my termination paperwork or response to my many many emails …. If your looking for peace of mind after a accident? You wont find it here

Their service is good for us. Our native language is mandarin. They can speak it too. They can understand what we said not needed a translate . And defend all our benefit. Very nice! I appreciate it.
