I reached out to this office about an injury claim. The woman who took my initial phone call was helpful enough and professional. Once I received a call back from one of their case managers he seemed enthusiastic to help, unfortunately, I was unable to have a complete conversation at the time. We set up a call back time later that day and he also said he would send me an email with relevant paperwork. I never heard back from him, nor did I receive the email that was promised. I called back and left him a message, which he never returned. I called back once more several days later and the receptionist took my information along with the promise of a call back, which never happened. I went ahead and signed with a different law firm that was readily available to help me with my case. This firm's lack of follow up and communication was disappointing.

WILLIE POWELLS IS the #1 attorney in the state of Texas. He has a huge heart and does a lot of charity work around the country. In addition to providing legal service for big names earning 7 figures he still finds time to provide services to every day working citizens. He once gave me advice to handle my car insurance company on an almost 2 year old case i realized i had an injury from when other chaotic things in my life started to settle the pain in my neck increased and doctor confirmed it was an old injury.. After several days of anxiety I finally returned the phone call to the auto insurance companie and recieved 3.5 times more than what was originally offered after stating my case. This wouldn't have happened without his guidance. Powells loves a good joke however he is lethal in the court room to your opponent. I have never met anyone quite like Willie, I honestly didn't think I could do anything about my car accident because it happened in a parking lot, after talking with several attorneys I started to loose hope after being told parking lot cases are considered less then desirable for attorneys, Not with Willie! He took my case, worked my case and treated me like my case was a multi-million dollar case.
