When I first decided to get legal assistance, I was very concerned about how complicated going through the process would be. My accident happened just before the COVID-19 pandemic and my case was settled in less than a year. I was happy that the whole process was much simpler than I had originally imagined. Mr.Garcia and his staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I would recommend using them; and I would use them again as well...if I needed to go through this process again.

The Lawyer that you can rely on, 24/7, 365 days of the year: In a minor car accident lawsuit, unexpectedly, I got dropped by my Auto Insurance and I found myself in the last due days to file with the District Clerk, Harris County, TX. The timing couldn't be worse for me: Christmas time, Dec. 23 to Dec. 28. Despite the Holidays and family matters, Mr. Sanchez found time to take care of my issue, timeline restraints, and file for me on time, on December 28, by 10 am. This man is a horrible person: he gouged this one-time client abusively. He lied to me and misrepresented his capabilities. Don't let him fool you! His recent reaction to my original rating is also a lie. I have moved, am no longer in my apartment (no thanks to him), and he continues to lie. Always. Completely out of touch with reality. He owes me $8,000 for false charges August of 2020! He could not even represent me in court. He loses everything. Prejudiced against disabled and highly misogynistic!
